Biography

It is believed by family that Omie Virginia could possibly be the daughter of Lousetta and her estranged husband Joshua Lee Stephens. Not known for certain, however.

"This info is from Janice Jennings, part of it was told her by one of Kate's sons. Omie Virginia was probably a Stephens. Frances's father was Milton England, Lousetta's brother-in-law. Kate's father was a Romine. Lousetta lived in the Romine's household for a time. (as noted to me by Nancy Coffey on Oct 14, 2015)"
