Lawrence Stephenson was enumerated as son of the head of household in District 8(excl. Fayetteville town), Lincoln County, Tennessee for the June 1, United States Census, 1900. He was noted as born December 1886 in Tennessee and single as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head John C Stephenson, wife Amanda E Stephenson, son George T Stephenson, son Crawford Stephenson and daughter Salome Stephenson.^[1]

Lawrence Stephenson was enumerated as son of the head of household at Petersburg Pike, Civil District 8, Lincoln County, Tennessee for the April 29, United States Census, 1910. He was noted as born 1887 in Tennessee and single. He was a farm laborer on a home farm as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Amanda E Stephenson, son George Stephenson, son Crawford Stephenson and daughter Salome Stephenson.^[2]

Lawrence Longacre Stephenson registered for military service as recorded in this June 5, 1917 United States World War I Draft Registration Card. His birth was listed as December 14, 1886 in Howell, Tennessee. His address was Howell, Lincoln County, Tennessee. His was a merchant (for himself) in Howell, Tennessee. He listed a wife and child as dependents. He was tall and medium build with brown eyes and darkhair as seen in this image of the original form.^[3]
