Biography
Dorothy Stephenson was born on August 14, 1785 in Bishop Auckland, Durham, England. She was the daughter of Anthony and Mary Stephenson. Dorothy was baptised on 30 November 1785 in Christ Church, Tynemouth, Northumberland, England.[1]
In the 1861 census Dorothy was 77 years old and living with her husband, son, two grandchildren and a servant in Bishop Auckland, Durham, England.[2]
