Carl Stephenson
MOUNT HOPE -- The funeral for Carl Stephenson, 79, Route 1, will be at 2 p.m. today at Rock Springs Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Jackie Shelnutt and Harold Letson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton, is in charge of arrangements.
He died Friday, July 8, 1988 at Moulton Health Care Center following an extended illness.
He was a member of Rock Springs Presbyterian Church, a World War II Air Force veteran and a retired farmer.
His body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
Survivors include his brothers, Monroe Stephenson, Mount Hope, Ewell Stephenson, Moulton; nieces and nephews.
Nephews will serve as bearers.
