Biography

Louisa Ellen Stevens was born in Worcester Park Surrey England, on original marriage certificate of, when she go married, 1915 mother is Louisa Stevens and her father is Joseph Stevens. Don't have the maiden name of Louisa Stevens but her husband Joseph Stevens was deceased before 27th October 1915 when their daughter got married. Joseph was a labourer.

Information is on the original marriage certificate of Ellen Louisa Stevens and Alfred Gibbons Carson in 1915 sent from Howard 11715.

Looking for some files on SA BDM I have found that Louisa Ellen carson and Alfred Gibbons Carson had premature twins on board Rms Omrah registered Port Adelaide. The twins were born in the Australia Bight at sea they registered their birth in Hindmarsh. Their names were Thomas Joseph Omrah Carson, and Alfred Gibbons Anzac Carson. They both died in 1916 as well as my mother Ellen Matilda Carson born in Wentworth NSW in 1918 died 1999.

Uncle Albert Gibbon Carson born 1919 and died in 1979. They had a son Victor Edward Edward Carson born 1921 in Port Adelaide (note still looking for death date) Alfred Gibbons Carson died in car accident 6/1/1922, buried in Cheltenham cemetery.

I also found that Louisa Ellen Stevens Carson had another son born 1924 Norman Percival Carson. The record says the fathers name is null. Also found she married in 1924 a Frederick James Roberts but cannot find correct death dates for them.
