E. Russell Stevens, aged 22 years, died last Wednesday from pneumonia following influenza. The funeral services were held Sunday from the home of his father in Raritan. Rev. J. A. Lumley officiated, and interment was at Bedminster by Undertaker Maxwell. Stevens had only been at Fort Hancock for a few days when he was taken sick. He left Somerville with the last contingent before the epidemic broke out. Dated in pencil Oct. 30, 1918
