Currently the common ancestor my parents have.. find it interesting as the tree grows how they get closer in generations.. this is one closer then previously..

Roger and Linda are 11th cousins five times removed

And big changes in generations over that 450 years or so

I have noticed John and Margaret, appear not only to be husband and Wife, but Uncle and Niece. As John was her mother’s brother. Usually it was Nobility marrying cousins, but in this case it appears to be a different familial relationship. Thought I would make a note of it, for those who got confused by this family.
Stewart-17876 and Stewart-2306 appear to represent the same person because: same given name, same LNAB, same spouses, same DOB, close DOD

Margaret's bio indicates she died after 1562, however the data field contains a death date and place of 1517 at Ayreshire. This information is unsourced and unsupported by documentation. The discrepancy should be cleared and supporting sources added. The order of her 3 relationships/marriages and the children is also confusing.

Stewart-1154 and Stewart-9902 appear to represent the same person because: This Margaret Steward, 1497, is the daughter of James IV and

Margaret Drummond (mistress). She was married to John Gordon and John Drummond.

Stuart-332 and Stuart-303 are not ready to be merged because: Enough data is different, I am not sure these should be merged.

If someone else knows they are the same, I will be happy to approve the merge
