Biography
Duncan Stewart is a member of Clan Stewart of Appin.
Duncan was the son of Duncan Stewart the 6th Laird of Appin and Catherine Mary Campbell of Lochnell. He was born about 1600 in Appin, Argyl, Scotland. About 1620 he married the daughter of Cameron of Locheil. Duncan and his wife had three children Donald, Duncan Mor his successor and Alan. The date of Duncan's death is as yet not known but would have been around 1665.
