Biography
Isabella was born 17 Feb 1832 in Mid Calder, Midlothian, Scotland and baptised in March in North Bridge, Mid Calder. [1] She was there with her family in 1841. [2] She was a servant, cook at 109 Argyll St (Pratts Court), St Enoch, Glasgow on 31 Mar 1851. [3] In 1861, she was described as a pauper, formerly letter carrier, living on High Street, Midcalder. [4]
