Adam was born in 1832. He was the son of William Stewart and Mary Parsons. He passed away in 1902.[1]
Adam served as a private in Co. B, 13th West Virginia Infantry. He enlisted in 1862, was wounded at Winchester, returned to service March 6, 1865 and was discharged at Wheeling, West Virginia on June 5, 1865.
Adam was buried in Smith Church Cemetery, Leon, Mason County, West Virginia, USA
