SAMUEL STEWART born Nov 11 1750 to James Stewart and Keziah Scoville in E. Haddam, Middlesex, CT, USA. [1] [2]

SAMUEL STEWART baptized Nov 11 1753 in East Haddam was a shoemaker by trade and lived in Williamstown, Mass. He was poor. He had a son, a blacksmith who lived on Pompey Hill, Onondaga county, NY, an ax and hoe maker, and good mechanic. [3]

SAMUEL STEWART was the sixth child and the fourth son of his parents James Stewart and Keziah Scoville. He lived in Williamstown, Massachusetts and in Monroe County, Ohio. He married Mary Hendricks, daughter of Daniel Hendricks, in 1775, in Williamstown. They were the parents of eight children. After Mary Hendricks death in c.1795, in Monroe County, Ohio, Samuel married Jerusha Judd.

SAMUEL STEWART died on Oct 21, 1810 in Monroe County, Ohio, and was buried in Witten Cemetery. [4]
