Stewart-5481 and Stewart-959 appear to represent the same person because: same parents and death. same probate reference

This person and James Stewart (1663-1751) seem to be the same person.

Robert (Stuart) Stewart (abt.1625-bef.1688) lists first son James born 1662 which is closer to the birth listed on Stewart-5481.

Agree the below are probably the same person - also, we are reasonably certain that Robert died before 1688 - we have a will - so how could his son be born around 1690?
