Middle Name: This profile was established with the Mary's middle name entered as Etta, The 1900 Census and her record of death include a middle intinal E. Todate, the only record of her full middle name Etta is found on her Find a Grave memorial page which does not include a photograph. The middle name of, Etta, has been left in the date field, but marked uncertain. [4]
