Biography

Pryor was born April 19,1879, Athens Minn,Tennessee.(See draft record added for birth date and where he was born.) Pryor Logan's father Aurelius Stiles ... Pryor Logan's mother Easter Mccurdy .

He was one year old living in his parents' household during the 1880,Saline,Arkansas census.^[1]

Pryor and Athea were before 1911. This is proven by the age of their first child Mary who was 9 during the 1920 McMinn, Tennessee census along with brother John Wayne 7 and parents Pryor 40 and Althea 36.^[2]

May 15,1915, they have a daughter named Flora Jessie Stiles. She passes away from Pneumonia, June9,1916. ^[3]

He was drafted for WWI, Sept.12,1918, Mcminn ,Tennessee.Record states he was a teacher, Althea named as nearest relative. ^[4]

in the 1930 Sullivan, Tennessee census,Pryor was 51 and wife Althea 46. also in the household was son John Waye Stiles ,he was 17.^[5]

Pryor passed away Jan.15,1932, Greene ,Tennessee.Record states he was a professor. ^[6][7]
