Hi Jack,

I'm also working with Stone yDNA. I suggest that you add your FTDNA kit # to the information about your yDNA test here on WikiTree. Have you joined the Stone surname project on FTDNA: https://www.familytreedna.com/groups/stone/about Asking your matches to add their information to WikiTree can help you to sort out where to head next.

I am still looking for the parents of Charles H. Stone 1830-1864, Civil War Vet, born in Bradford County PA. I tried the Edmond (Edmund) Stone family but that doesn't appear to be the right one.

Hi. I'm realizing that very soon I will be the oldest living member of my family and feel the urge to have more information about my "roots." I have been already inspired by one of the members who volunteered information about an ancestor I have been researching for some time.
