Obituary for Rebecca Gillan (sic) Stone Watts

Becca A. Gillan (sic) Stone was born November 22, 1859 at Clayton, Indiana and departed this life at the home of her son, Lowell April 2nd, 1946 at the age of 86 years, 4 months and 10 days. She was united in marriage to William H. Watts, June 14, 1877. To this union were born two children, Lowell of Hebron and Lee who died in 1903. Mrs. Watts has lived in Thayer County for 63 years. She leaves to morn her death her only son, Lowell of Hebron, one brother and a host of friends. Funeral services were held at 2:00 o’clock Thursday, April 4th at Hill Chapael, conducted by Rev. E. F. Smith of the Christian church. Burial beside her husband at Rose Hill Cemetery.
