Jesse Stout, son of James "Turler" and Lydia Manners Stout, [1] [2]born 1754 in Hunterdon County, New Jersey and died Aug 10 1834 Morgan County, Illinois. He married Mary Farnsworth, daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Bray Farnsworth, in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. [3]Mary Farnsworth Stout was the sister of Daniel Farnsworth, who married Jesse Stout's sister, Rachel Stout Farnsworth.[4]

A Jesse Stout was living in Morgan County, Illinois who was between 70 and 80 years old, a female 10-15 and one that was between 60-70. [5]
