Laura was the daughter of Henry Stout and Magdalena Nice Stout. Laura married Abram D. Yoder (1893 - 1961) and had children Miriam Yoder Anders (1916 - 2015), Gladys S. Yoder Allebach (1930 - 2011), Gloria S. Yoder (1930 - 1930) ,Timothy R. Yoder (1935 - 1935), Donald, Miriam, Esther, David, Paul, Dorothy, Herbert, Gladys, Luther, and Daniel. Laura passed away in 1992 and is buried at the Swamp Mennonite Church Cemetery in Quakertown, Pennsylvania.
