Biography

Titus, son of Caleb and Elizabeth Labaw Stout, born in 1804 after his parents emigrated from New Jersey in 1788. The only record found for him is his marriage to Phebe Hall October 2 1817 which has right above it is the record of an appointed guardian for her. [1] [2]

It looks like Titus Stout signed a marriage consent for Jemmimah Stout along with Caleb Stout (father of Jemmimah) August 1800. Titus' wiki page states he was born in 1804.
