Biography
Rachel Stout, daughter of Abraham and Elizabeth Houghton Stout, was born Feb 1764 and died 1798 possibly in childbirth. She married Benjamin Higgins Stout August 21 1791. She was left a sum of money along with her living siblings by her Uncle Thomas Houghton Jr, who was thought never to have married, in his will.[1] [2] [3]
