Phebe was born about 1802 in North Bedeque, Prince Edward Island to Jesse Strang and Sarah Wright[1]
She married William Redman Price[2]. Phebe, William and their children moved to Tabusintac, New Brunswick before 1851 and the area they lived in became known as Price Settlement. She died in Tabusintac, New Brunswick in 1881. [3][4]
