Biography

Mosely was born in 1835. He was the son of William Stratton and Elizabeth Daughtrey.

He married Nancy Ann Perry Horn in 1859.[1][2]

He passed away in 1916. He is buried in Gallatin City Cemetery in Gallatin, Tennessee.[3]
