William was born in 1894. He passed away in 1954.
Roscoe Stricklin was self employed throughout his life. He was first a bridge building contractor. At age 50 he founded a ready mix concrete plant in Laurel, Mississippi (Laurel Concrete Products, which later became Laurel Concrete).
Throughout his life he was active in a buried treasure hunt at a location known as the Gold Hole near Natchez, Mississippi.
