Biography

Jeremiah Stringham was born in Windsor, Broom, New York in 1825, the son of George Stringham and Polly Hendrickson

In 1880, he and his family were living in Fremont, Piute, Utah. Jeremiah, age 52 was a farmer, his wife Mary A was age 38, and they had the following children William age 23, Jacob age 17, Jeremiah age 15, Sallie age 7, James B age 6, Polly J age 5 and Lilian age 3. Also in the household was Jeremiah's mother-in-law, 64 year old Sallie A Brinkerhoff ^[1]

Jeremiah died in 1899 in Manti, Sanpete, Utah, USA. ^[2] and ^[3]

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and his membership details have supplied much of the information for this bio ^[4]
