Biography

He was probably born in Dorset, educated at Cambridge and was a Puritan

Appointed member of Westminster Assembly of Divines 1646

Appointed by the Parliament as Minister of St. Dunstan in the west 1648.

He made himself so obnoxious to the royalists that his remains were included

amongst those disinterred after the Restoration and thrown into a common pit in the St Margaret's church yard in 1661.
