Billy Joe Stroud, age 71, of Dresden, TN died Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Funeral services for Mr. Stroud were held at 1:00 PM, July 26, 2011 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Union City, TN with burial following in Brock Cemetery in Greenfield. Mr. Stroud is survived by his wife Shirley Mansfield Stroud of Dresden, TN; one son, Nick Stroud of Dresden, TN; Daughter, Vicky Love of South Fulton, TN; four brothers, Newman (Cora) Stroud of Dresden, TN, Charles (Robbie) Stroud of Dresden, TN, Fred (Norma) Stroud of Dresden, TN, Bobby (Margie) Stroud of Jackson, TN; one sister, Brooksie Taylor of Dresden, TN, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip Maynard and Mollie Mae King Stroud.
