Baptized in Bradalbane, probably in the Presbyterian Church.
Angus named his children in his will: Rebecca, Mary, Charles, Mary Ann, Christie and those under 21: Alexander, Effie the Elder, Flora, Malcolm, Neil, Margaret, Donald, Effie the Younger, John Angus and a baby girl 3 months old. He left the bulk of estate to his widow, Isabella. [1]
Alexander would have been 24 in 1878, when Angus signed his will.
