Walter Robert Stuart was born in 1878 in Colony of New South Wales, son of Alfred John Stuart (~1844–1934) and Christiana McKay (1846–1933).
Walter (31) married Olive Rebecca Rich (24) (born about November 30, 1885 in Wellington, New South Wales; daughter of Philip Rich and Eliza Jane (Wilson) Rich) on March 9, 1910 in Wellington, New South Wales. Their son was Allan Clive Stuart (1916– ).
Walter died in 1942 in Wellington, New South Wales, Australia, aged 63.
