She is noticed in Ferguson's work[1] in the Marriage Register of the Scots Brigade when she appears in a contract of marriage, 22 March 1737 at Bosch, likely the small hamlet, 's-Hertogenbosch, in North Brabant and close by the Unit lines at Venlo, between Robert Busten, stated to be a soldier of Captain Ross' Company, and herself, a daughter of John Stuart, a soldier in Captain Cuninghame's Company. The witnesses to the Contract were Sergeant John Crocket and Corporal John Glent. They were married on 9 April 1737.
