Agnes Nancy Stuart was born about 1764 in Pennsylvania, British American Colonies. She was the daughter of Robert Stuart and his wife Isabella Huston.

She passed away on 19 September 1786 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, United States and was buried at the Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, United States.
