JACKSON — Died in San Bernardino, Calif., June 30, 1968, Mrs. Zonar L. Jackson, 1627 E. Lincoln avenue, Anaheim, aged 70 years, native of Mississippi and resident of Anaheim for five years.
Deceased is survived by two sons, James Edward Frith, Anaheim; and Alvin H. Frith, Redlands; four daughters Mrs. Verna Mae Scales, San Bernardino; Mrs. Ouida Mae Rouse, Anaheim; Mrs. Bessie Mae Thomas, Brawley; and Mrs. Katherine Stapleton, Rialto; one brother, Archie Sullivan, Morton, Miss.; four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Frith, Raleigh, Miss., Mrs. Eliza Purvis, Mrs. Allie Haskins and Mrs. Dolly Bowens, all of Helter, Miss.; 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. from the F. Arthur Cortner chapel. Rev Lloyd Reece, pastor of the First Assembly of God church officiating. Interment in Montecito Memorial Park.
Mrs. Jackson had lived in Anaheim for five years but was a former resident of Redlands for four years. Mrs. Jackson passed away suddenly Sunday while visiting her daughter in Rialto.
