DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sarah:
She would almost certainly have to have been born before 1705 because she had a son in 1715. The 1716 birth date is impossible unless the connection to the son is erroneous. The birth and death dates require a divorce from Leffler, which seems unlikely culturally.
