Research Notes

No burial found at Halifax for date of death given. Link to register for searching.^[8] He has a sourced marriage on 9 June 1550 and at least five children, so a 1553 death date would be difficult to fit in. Lincolnshire Pedigrees says he was buried in Grimsby where two of his sons lived.^[9] There is a burial 10 March 1576 (1577?) at Grimsby which is probably this John.^[10]
