Biography

Elihu is old enough to be on his 2nd marriage & she may also at around 25. I don't have death records on these children or exact death dates. I built the family, now I need to fill the gaps.

Their is a confict on sources on Elihu and Mary's marriage date but the one listed is sourced.

It is believed that Mathew Sutherland is his brother. They are close to the same age, born in kentucky and in early Russell County. ^[1]

Walter E Sutherland is in Old Clark County Kentucky in 1810 and is a good candidate for Elihu's father.^[2][3]
