Charlotte Regina was quite a remarkable woman in Finnish history. She was the first person to start free schools for small children (up till then it was the church) and a free library for any one. There is a charitable foundationstill in existence," The Regina foundation". So a very well known early educator of commoners.

Unfortunately I think no painting of her exists nether of her father Kenneth 3d Lord Duffus (but some things, like a naval clock).
