Biography

William Wallace Sutton was born in 1856 in Kingsdown (near Ringwould), Kent, England to John George Sutton and Harriet (Wellard) Sutton. His birth was registered in Dover, Kent in the last quarter of the year, with mother's maiden name Wellard.^[1]
