Now (1762) Swartwood was selling 42 acres to Shick. The deed to Shick was recorded on 21 July 1783 (which was 10 years after Bernardus Swartwood had died.) WORTH NOTING: Bernardus Swartwood's son Benjamin died in 1759. Benjamin left a young widow Cornelia (Brink) and a son Minne Swartwood. About 1760, widow Cornelia (Brink) Swartwood married Adam Shick. See Bernardus Swartwood's will regarding what he had to say about Adam Shick and monies he had belonging to Bernardus' deceased son Benjamin. In Bernardus Swartwout's 1773 will, he left 1/5 of the property he owned to each of his 5 living children. Further research is needed in land records to determine what happened to Bernardus Swartwout's land after his death.

The Coobes patronymic on Swartwout-330 is wrong; that was his mother's patronymic, not his.
Note that the death location should be Pennsylvania, not New York or Massachusetts.
The October 31, 1697 birth matches with the birth on the rejected match Swartwout-30. In any case, it is far too late to be the birth of this child of these attached parents. And then likewise the death date is also far too late. So I would just chalk this one up to another bogus Ancestry profile, as it was imported by the person who is no longer a member of WikiTree.
