DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Richard by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Richard:

Talbert-283 and Bull-2853 appear to represent the same person because: This is the same husband and father. As I understand it from the source, the sons were also known under the "Bull" name, as they were probably born under, but they then changed to the "Talbert" name of the much more prominent ancestral family line of their mother. So you never will find any man named "Talbert" to match the stated "Unknown" identity of this man. Because he was in fact Richard Bull, per the source. Thanks!
