Thomas was born in 1818 to Charles and Phebe Talbot. They were both Irish immigrants. He was first married to Mary Rogers. He then married Isabella Hayden in 1855.[1] He passed away in 1885.[2] The cause of death was recorded as degeneration of the brain.
