CHARLES HENRY TALBOTT Sr, son of Charles Talbott & Caroline Moore Benson, was born in Richmond, Virginia (usa) on Nov 05,1840, twenty years before the American Civil War (Martin Van Buren's 4th year as 8th U.S.President). During the Civil War he served in the 3rd Virginia Cavalry, Army of Northern Virginia. After the Civil War he married Sallie Radford Munford, June 13,1867 in Gloucester county, Virginia (usa). He died in Richmond, age 71, April 06,1912, about two years before WWI started in Europe (Wm Howard Taft's 4th year as 27th President). Charles and Sallie are buried in Richmond's Hollywood Cemetery
