In 1930 Willis and Anna lived at 1516 Austin Blvd., Oak Park. He owned his home with a mortgage. He was an electrician with a public service corporation. Son Richard and Anna's sons were present.
He lived at 908 N. Humphrey, Oak Park, when he registered for the draft. He worked as an electrician for the C & NW Railroad. He was of medium height and build, with dark blue eyes and dark brown hair.
