Chloe Talcott was born on July 23, 1743 in Bolton, Tolland, Connecticut Colony, daughter of Joshua Talcott (~1711–1799) and Rachel Hollister (1712–1807). She was baptized on July 24, 1743.^[1]

Chloe married John Howard (born on January 3, 1743 in Bolton; son of Benjamin Howard and Phoebe (Dart) Howard). Their children were:

• Salmon Howard (1774–1861)
