Biography
Samuel was born on Apr 06, 1845. He was the son of Charles Hardin Taliaferro and Elizabeth Eldridge. He passed away on Aug 04, 1917.
Enlisted as a Private into Co. G, 2nd Ashby's Tennessee Cavalry.
Married first Miss Eliza Waller of Roane County, Tenn., to which union was born James Richard, John Dardis, Emma, Myrtle A., Samuel Judson, W. Boss, and Orbin Thomas. Married secondly Mrs. Sally (Turney/Turner) Jones of Texas, to which union was born Elza, Orus Whittier, Vera, and Cordious L. Married last, Mrs. Malinda E. (Hudgins) Pembroke of Texas, no issue of the marriage.
