Flora was born in 1903.[1] Flora's mother died either during giving birth to Flora or shortly after. Flora was raised by her father and mothers sister (Concordia) whom married Sheridan (Flora's father) in 1907. Named in Fathers will dated March 15, 1930 West Virginia Will Books.
