John Wesley Tanner was born in 1863 in Coffee County Georgia. John was the son of John Wesley Tanner and Sarah Gaskins. He married Candacy Youngblood.[1] He was a farmer. He passed away in 1927 at the age of 64 and, according to his Death Certificate, was buried at the Tanner Cemetery. However, either he was not, or he was later moved to Forest Grove Cemetery, Coffee County, Georgia [2]
