Amelia Lang
Beloved mother
Amelia R. "Mimi" Lang, 84, of Sharpsburg, died Saturday, April 30, 2005, at Tandem Health Care, Indiana Township.
Born Jan. 24, 1921, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Clement and Julia DeLuca Tarasi, wife of the late Herman J. Lang and sister of the late Clement Tarasi.
She was a member of Madonna of Jerusalem Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, and a retired waitress.
She is survived by two sons, Herman W. (Garnet) Lang and Edward J. (Christine) Lang; four grandchildren, Sheri Albright and Laura, David and Lisa Lang; and great-granddaughter, Lindsay.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Worrell Funeral Home, corner of Main and 9th streets, Sharpsburg. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday in Madonna of Jerusalem Church by the Rev. Andrew C. Fischer.
Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, O'Hara.
