Nancy Tate married James Anthony in 1772.^[1] James and Nancy Ann (TATE) ANTHONY (Sr.). were the parents of

6. Nancy Tate (Anthony) Davis,
7. James Anthony, Jr.,^[2]
8. Dr. Milton Anthony, Sr., and
9. Bolling Anthony.

Nancy passed away in 1834.^[3][4]

"[Georgia] Land Lottery, 1807: James ANTHONY, Jr., living in Wilkes Co., Ga., drew Lot no. 82, Norman's Militia District No. 13, Baldwin Co. Only the western part of the present Baldwin Co. was in the lottery. Jones Co. was formed 1807, from Baldwin, Bibb, and Putnam counties.

"Morgan Co., Ga., record, Deed Book C p. 15: James ANTHONY of Jones Co., Thomas BLAKEY and Nancy BLAKEY of the one part to Wm. SWIFT - a lot no. 94-5, dist. Jan. 10, 1811.

"About 6 of his children's marriage records are recorded in Talbot Co., Ga., but there is no evidence he lived there.
