Mrs. Sina Crenshaw, aged 84 years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Julia E. Forrester, near Equality, Gallatin, Illinois, United States, on Wednesday, September 7th, 1881.[5]
"Her life was that of a faithful Christian woman, and she was blessed with a long and happy life. Her death was calm and peaceful, such as comes to the aged who have filled all the duties of a Christian and upright life. She was, doubtless, at the time of her death, the oldest living resident of the county."
