Biography

J. Phillip Taylor was born in 1871 at Pennsylvania, USA. He appeared on the census of 12 June 1880 in the household of his parents, Horace W. Taylor and Sarah Jane (Baxter) Taylor, at Chemung, Chemung County, New York.[1]

Phillip died in 1933 and was buried at Smithboro Cemetery, Smithboro, Tioga County, New York. His memorial has a photo of his headstone.[2]
