Biography
Ellen was the youngest daughter of Mary White and John Taylor of Pigeon Valley.
She married in 1895 to Job Palmer, son of Richard Palmer and Mary Ann Hill. Three children were born in their marriage - Norman, Conrad and Elsie.
In 1915, at the age of 40, Ellen passed away at her home in Pigeon Valley and is buried at St John's Anglican churchyard.
Ellen's husband Job, was later to remarry to Edith Jane Hitchcock.
